FAQ

TrustDigest AI FAQ

Answers to common questions about RSS feeds, summaries, verification, limits, saved items, and account support.

Where can I find RSS feeds?

Start inside TrustDigest AI by searching for a news source. If the app finds an RSS, Atom, or XML feed, you can add it from the results. You can also check a publisher website for links labeled RSS, Feeds, Atom, XML, or News RSS. Some sites place feed links in their footer, help pages, newsroom pages, or source code.

What if a source does not have an RSS feed?

TrustDigest AI can only follow sources that expose an RSS, Atom, or XML feed URL. If a publisher does not provide one, the app cannot create a feed for that source yet. You can try another official feed from the same publisher, a topic-specific feed, or a different source that offers RSS.

Why did summary or verification fail?

There are a few common reasons. If the AI service cannot ground the answer with enough proof, retry the request. If there is a connection issue, check your internet connection, wait a little, and try again. If the article is behind a paywall or requires a third-party sign-in, TrustDigest AI may not be able to access the article content. Third-party publisher sign-in is not implemented yet.

Can TrustDigest AI summarize paywalled articles?

Not reliably. If the article content is inaccessible without a subscription, login, or publisher-specific access flow, the app may not be able to summarize or verify it. TrustDigest AI does not currently support signing in to third-party publisher accounts.

How many RSS feeds can I save?

Free accounts can save up to 10 RSS feeds. TrustDigest AI Pro can use up to 50 feeds.

How many summaries and verifications do I get?

Free accounts include 3 summaries and 1 verification per day. Rewarded ads can add up to 7 more summaries and 2 more verifications per day. Pro includes 25 summaries and 10 verifications per day.

Is verification the same as a final fact-check?

No. Verification is AI-assisted reading context. It extracts claims, checks them, reviews bias and missing perspectives, and provides a reliability signal, but AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Important claims should still be checked against original reporting and primary sources.

What can I save in the app?

You can save articles, summaries, and verification results. You can also organize saved articles into collections.

Why do I need to sign in?

Some AI features require sign-in so TrustDigest AI can manage daily usage limits, device access, saved account state, and subscription status.

How do I delete my data or account?

Use the Data Deletion page to request deletion of specific account-linked data, or the Account Deletion page to request full account deletion. Active app-store subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant store before account deletion can be completed.
